These Terms govern your use of Mansion of Secrets. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Choose a display name that is not offensive, impersonating, or infringing.

Acceptable Use

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the game or its servers, or use automated tools to interfere with normal play. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Purchases & Memberships

• Memberships and in-game items are processed by Stripe. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Virtual items and currency have no real-world cash value and are non-transferable.

Content & Ownership

The game, its artwork, characters, and code are owned by us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play for your own enjoyment.

Disclaimer & Liability

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game.

Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms or the game, and may suspend or end the service or your access. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Your use of the game is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
